Who We Are

Educators, Advocates, and Community Leaders

At The Inclusion Initiative Association (TINIA), we believe that stronger communities grow through understanding, meaningful conversations, and shared experiences. We are a group of educators, advocates, and community leaders committed to creating welcoming spaces where individuals and organizations can learn from one another, explore different perspectives, and deepen their commitment to inclusion and diversity.

Through educational workshops, community engagement, consultations, and collaborative partnerships, TINIA creates opportunities for meaningful dialogue that promote understanding, respect, and positive community connections.

Our Core Belief

At its core, TINIA is about bringing people together — encouraging learning, supporting one another, and helping communities move forward with compassion and openness.

We all share a responsibility to create spaces where everyone feels valued, heard, and respected.

And that is a responsibility we take seriously.
